This chart tracks the share of circulating Kaspa supply that has not moved in at least four years.
This is the deepest band available on this chart. It isolates the oldest coins in the UTXO set — holdings that predate several years of market activity entirely and have never been spent.
The series is close to monotonic by construction, rising as cohorts age into it. The interesting event is therefore any decline at all.
How This Data is Collected
Values are expressed as a percentage of circulating supply. This variant sums every age bucket from 4–5 years upward.
Kaspa's genesis block was mined on November 7, 2021 at 17:26:27 UTC.
This data is calculated by estimating the timestamp of each UTXO in Kaspa's UTXO set. Since Kaspa does not store a timestamp with each UTXO, the DAA score is used to estimate it. The age of each UTXO is then derived from that estimated timestamp.
